Location/Division Specific Information

This role is based in our Swindon, UK office, where you will be part of our dynamic Drug product division, contributing to our ambitious goals.

A day in the Life:

• Lead the financial planning process to determine and successfully deliver financial goals relating to Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, Inventory and PPI savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the General Manager to deliver world-class financial insights.
• Coordinate financial reporting to ensure tight deadlines are met.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or another relevant background
• Advanced Qualification (CIMA, ACCA, MBA, or MS) is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance leadership role, ideally in the life sciences industry.
• Proven track record in using systems (Excel, SAP, Hyperion, Power BI)
• Experience with FP&A, Operations Finance or Commercial Finance.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools to foster the Finance digitalisation on site.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings and training.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
