Job Description

• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements 
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualisation. 
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritising problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. 
• Lead desktop and help desk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

Qualifications

• 3 plus years experience in system administration 
• Preferably have experience in the VFX + Animation industry 
• Should be comfortable to work in shift
• Experience in Linux is a must (At least above user level)
