Who You Are You’re a dynamic leader with a proven track record of building and scaling QA functions from scratch.

Technical Expertise

• Extensive experience designing QA frameworks and automating tests in fast-paced environments.

• Proficient in automation tools (e.g. PyTest Selenium Cypress Playwright) and performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter Gatling).

• Strong programming skills in Python Java or JavaScript for robust test automation.

• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.

• Skilled in test management (e.g. TestRail Zephyr) and bug-tracking tools (e.g. JIRA).

• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and testing cloud-native applications.

Leadership & Experience

• 15+ years of QA experience including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven success scaling QA processes and teams in startups or hyper-growth settings.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in ambiguous fast-evolving environments.

• Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Passion for fostering a collaborative quality-driven culture in agile teams.

• Experience managing distributed QA and development teams.

• Track record of delivering high-quality software products.
