System Engineer IV -- Software Development Manager

The System Engineer will implement Project Management best practices in an Agile environment and facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team. The SE will report on the status of Agile Framework based Software development activities to product stakeholders, forecast Level of Effort exercises, and ensure that every customer-originated ticket is mapped to a task, epic, and milestone.

MANDATORY SKILLS: experience with Gitlab, Atlassian tool suite (specifically Confluence and Jira), experience in GitOps-based Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD), prior experience as an integrated Scrum Master on a development team
A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required for this role.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), experience with Kubernetes, Rancher/RKE2, CI/CD Pipeline, Prometheus
