We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Representative. As a Technical Support Representative you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients (PC Desktops Servers Storage).
High school diploma or equivalent (electronics computers or any other similar subject)
Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting
Ability to work in a fast-paced and environment multitasking effectively
English communication skills oral and written (B2 level or better)
Good communication skills in Estonian
Valid driver license and own car (you will be reimbursed per mileage)
Experience in customer support
Proven experience in a technical support role preferably in a customer-focused environment
Proficiency in using support tools
