Your Role and Responsibilities

In the role of System Services Representative you will be accountable to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery technical support and operational services for the clients. You will be the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of their systems support.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Technical oriented education
Technical knowledge on Servers Systems and Operating Systems preferably Linux & AIX
Technical knowledge on Storage Systems & Technologies
Technical knowledge on Storage & Server Virtualization
Excellent communications skills
Fluent English both verbal and written GreeK Mother language
Capability to participate on 24/7 support and delivery operation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Linux Setup & Support (preferably RHEL)
Setup & Support of Storage & Server Technologies
Setup & Support of high availability Storage & Server configurations
Knowledge on Server & Storage Infrastructure Installations & Servicing
