This position is to provide HUD GAE with enhanced support to address the additional workload required to deliver no-code/low-code development solutions, strengthen the IT governance procedures through the facilitation and management of the Technical Review Sub-Committee (TRC) and the Configuration Change Management Board (CCMB) and provide oversite operational stability and enhanced capabilities to the EDM system.

White Pine Innovations is seeking a Systems Administrator II – SQL DBA to provide EDM operations and maintenance services for Talend, HDInsight and Structured query language (SQL) database and a variety of different technologies, data integration services and tools the comprise the EDM system. This position is a remote position. This is a full-time employment opportunity, and the candidate MUST be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and must be able to complete/pass/hold a public trust investigation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute studies that involve advanced data modeling techniques and procedures, data trend analysis, and the development of mathematical data algorithms.
• Enhance technologies to newer solutions compatible with cybersecurity requirements, as required.
• Utilize experience with analysis software database structures and queries using structured query language (SQL).
• Provide administrative support to manage code and operations and maintenance responsibilities.
• Maintain data integration solutions and implement new updates and establish regular maintenance schedule

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, as mandated by our government client. 
• Must be able to complete/pass/hold a public trust investigation.
• 5+ years of data modeling, data trend analysis, mathematical data algorithms, SQL Server (creating tables, views, stored procedures).
• Enterprise level SQL Server administration of replicated highly available enterprise environment.
• Security focused experience and deployments of applications, patches and security updates, knowledge of basic Windows, Linux, Storage, Network and Backup concepts.
• Efficient at T-SQL and batch scripting.
• Experience with SharePoint support.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Sciences, or related discipline.
