POSITION DESCRIPTION:

In this role you will lead and support complex ESB platform containingvarious software products. You will beresponsible for implementing the technology roadmap for Integrations as well asthe support, availability, performance, and security of the platform includingpatching and upgrades.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and Drive complex Integration technology projects using IBM ACE/IIB/CloudPak, IBM MQ, IBM Data Power, OpenText MIM, SAP PO, SAP CPI on Windows, Unix, and iSeries platforms.
• Responsible for Systems Health Monitoring, Alerting, Problem Solving and Performance improvements across all Integration technology products.
• Responsible for Software Installations, Fix Packs, Upgrades, Certificate renewals and Production Deployments.
• Perform Capacity planning, Sizing and DR strategies for Integration platform.
• Responsible for Day-to-Day Admin activities like User management, SSO, Security, Software System usage policies and procedures.
• Create best practices and Standard operational run books.
• Implementing Integration technology roadmap with Cloud first approach.
• Overall Responsible for Integrations Systems Administration and Production support.

EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of technical and system Administration experience with Integration platforms specifically IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ, SAP PO etc.
• Experience with IBM Data Power and OpenText MIM (PM4Data).
• Must have experience in Operating Systems like Windows, Unix, and iSeries.
• Minimum experience in API Management tools like AWS, API Connect and Azure API Gateway.
• Must have a good understanding of SDLC.
• Preferred experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA etc.
• Good understanding of Integration cloud technologies like IBM CloudPak and SAP CPI.
• Good exposure in Log Management tools like Elastic and Job scheduling tools like BMC Control-M.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to explain solutions from a technical point of view.
