Systems Analyst II

Job Description:

This Systems Analyst II will be responsible for supporting and assisting our Member Management Technology team in defining project scope and managing the defined project scope.

This is a flexible-hybrid work opportunity based out of our Atlanta, GA office.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Defining the functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system serves as a business subject matter expert, and acts as a liaison between the business and IT.
• Providing the link between the technical and the business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
• Leading system requirements definition, design, testing, training, and implementation support.
• Applying the use of tools to define requirements and documentation.
• Providing analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation.
• Working with IT learning organization to assist in the development of system training documentation and providing training to end users.
• Assisting with developing use cases.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and a minimum of 1 year of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of team members in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Motivation to grow knowledge and develop new skills.
