Job Title - Systems and Data Analyst 4 Location - Dallas, TX Shifts: first Onsite/remote/hybrid: hybrid with 3 days/week on site in Dallas, TX. Interview Information: Manager available to interview ASAP Physical demands (if any): n/a Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training Job Description: Position Responsibilities: • Ability to facilitate the workshops with Business and IT stake holders to gather requirements and align on MM Data governance process • Supports testing and automation teams during the different testing phases • Support the business for Pre/Post load activities during the Data conversion and cutover • Experienced in creating detailed Configuration documents and Functional Design documents including process flows, integration requirement • Hands-on experience with Data replication techniques using DRF framework • Familiarity with MDG consolidation and Mass processing techniques to handle bulk data changes and validations • Collaborate with the data conversion team to define the business rules to eliminate duplicate records and data quality improvement • Play a key role in supporting and troubleshooting MDG MM issues on the production environment. • Participating in project cut over activities such as Redbook entries and validating the TRs. • Deep knowledge on the change request process to ensure Governance, Validation and approvals controls are enforced • Working with Business stakeholders to define the business rules around data quality, consistency, and compliance across various business processes Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Minimum 6 Years Experience as an MDG MM Analyst Technical Bachelor's degree Experience in full lifecycle MDG implementations on S4 Hana Understand and support E2E business processes related to Master Data. Strong Functional Knowledge of Master data processes and SAP MDG data models Deep Understanding of MDG configuration, Workflow setup, FPM, Validation and derivations and BRF+ Experience in large SAP conversion project in multiple domains and functional areas Experience in Master data management and hands-on implementation and support of Materials Master Data Preferred: Good Understanding of SAP Eco system including not limited to SAP S4, MDG, GTS etc. Understand SAP Best practices for SAP Master & Transaction Data Excellent understanding of the SAP S/4HANA & MDG data models Strong understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology Proficient in Data Management Principles and Master Data ET_RVE01
