Systems & Data Analyst

The Systems & Data Analyst will be a subject matter expert for all Global Supply Chain Management (GSM) systems and tools that includes but not limited to: developing systems and process roadmap, collaborating with enterprise data analytics team and other reporting units (RU) supply chain teams on various business processes. Additionally, be able to trouble shoot various tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity. This position reports to the Director of Business Process, Data Analytics & VAE and can located in the Unites States or Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, develop and/or support implementation of various systems and tools at RU's that include but not limited to:
  • Supplier Performance System(SPS) data management
  • Ivalua
  • Power BI: Creation/Enhancements
  • Qlik Dashboards: Creation/Enhancements
  • Sharepoint applications
  • Supplier portal management(ExtraICE)
  • Support Sales management tool(SIMS) alignment with Purchasing systems and tools
• Responsible for troubleshooting any resolving any issues for all GSM systems/tools
• Support RUs on training and implementation of various tools
• Lead and/or support various continuous improvement efforts focused on optimizing GSM data analytics
• Lead and manage data collection, validation and analysis activities including monthly supplier spend and price analytics
• Lead cross functional Systems review team meetings and ensure alignment across global and local teams for timely release of any new system or tool
• Participate in cross functional/cross business unit (BU) team meetings Planning and execution of GSM training portal

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, or any other Engineering discipline with Data Science and data analytics as major is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in leading various IT Systems and data analytics related function
• Understanding of IT systems, IT landscapes and interconnections of data sources from various systems and tools
• Ability to develop software for existing systems to meet Reporting Units/internal customers specific needs on output reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Proven success in showing strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in having good organizational skills and ability to lead several tasks and shifting priorities concurrently to meet timelines
• Result oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP Front End usage, SharePoint and Power BI tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in GSM function with focus on systems and data analytics.
