Provide system support and troubleshoot any issues.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
