• Perform Support and maintenance of offshore development centre (ODC) infrastructure
• Partner with development teams to improve services
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
• Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives

• Intermediate knowledge of network security
• Good understanding of network basics (routing/switching, IP stack)
• Experience with switch configuration (Cisco IOS)
• Intermediate knowledge on Windows administration both server and end-user devices (Windows Server Management, Windows Active Directory, Windows Group Policy)
• Intermediate experience with next-gen firewall: Maintenance, firewall rules (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
• Basic experience antivirus software management (like Symantec Endpoint Protection)
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
