Sr. Calypso Developer

1. Responsibilities:
2. Supporting business on day-to-day Queries, resolution of business issues, maintaining a release cycle, enhancing and maintaining the Automation Regression Tool (CATT)
3. Conducting detailed analysis of incidents, identifying patterns, and proposing preventive measures
4. Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of common issues, workarounds, and solutions
5. Collaborating with the development team to escalate and track software bugs and feature requests. Co-ordinating release cycles, prioritisation meetings with CTB team
6. Responsibility of knowledge transfer sessions from CTB
7. Overnight (on-call) batch support for London and Singapore desk
8. Assisting in the creation and review of technical documentation for end-users and support teams
9. Provide test scenarios and support to business during testing cycle
10. You will have expertise in;
11. Capital markets, with particular exposure to various asset classes like FX, Commodities, Fixed Income products and the associated high-level product lifecycle
12. Proficient understanding of the Calypso platform especially back office e.g. collateral management, FX settlements, security lifecycle processing and settlements, ISO integration, cash and custody management
13. Calypso knowledge and exposure to incident management tools like JIRA, Cherwell
14. Exposure to release management software like Git hub, Team city OR Jenkins
15. Exposure to CATT (Calypso automation testing tool)
16. Knowledge of relevant programming languages and scripting for effective troubleshooting. Basic PL/SQL and Unix knowledge is desirable.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of complex issues.
18. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
19. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
