Position's General Duties and Tasks
Experience - 5+ years

SDET - Senior

Skills
1. Strong expertise in identifying the scope of automation, driving the automation test development

2. Programming Languages:- Java
3. Tools:- TestNG, Selenium, Maven, Cucumber, and Jenkins and any DB experience
4. Experience with SQL queries to review and update test data
5. Experience with functional and API test automation, Test script creation and modification required using test automation frameworks based on BDD, Selenium, Appium
6. Experience with SOAPUI, Rest Assured API Testing
7. Familiar with CI-CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins

Responsibility
1. Mentor as a technical lead for the project.
2. Good Requirement analysis, Team coordination capabilities • Proficient in Test case creation, Test Execution, Defect Tracking and root cause analysis
3. Ability to build productive relationships with teams, clients and business users
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with good interpersonal skills
5. Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests
6. Quality Engineering or Development experience in Agile working environment, time-to-market driven environment preferred
7. Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports

Nice to have/Preferred:
1. Working knowledge of Playwright as Testing tool is highly preferred and is big plus
2. Exposure in GenAI tools like Copilots, LLMs and related ecosystem
3. Understanding of LLMs at broader level i.e. how to generate test data, test cases using LLMs e.g. Open AI or Google Vertex AI
4. Having Python working knowledge is preferred
5. Certification (Good to have): Selenium WebDriver, Core Java

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent required
