#LI-DNI. About the role:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist the Board of Directors. This is an exclusive opportunity to receive numerous training courses and hands-on experiences in a professional and dynamic working environment.

What you'll do:

• Manage, schedule, and arrange meetings of the BOD and prepare meeting materials as requested.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other events attended by the BOD.
• Communication with BOD and Management team.  
• Coordination with Regional Management.  
• Manage BOD driver (contract, compensation, etc.).
• Take care of BOD admin tasks (timesheets, reporting, expenses, travel). 
• Work closely with the BOD to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the BOD, internal departments & external stakeholders & partners.
• Demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
• Proactively update the status of all the projects and workstreams.

What you'll need:

This person should be passionate about personal assistant. He or she needs to:

• Pursue a strong passion for the assistant position's career path.
• At least 3 years of experience in PA (especially in international & service companies).
• Having a background and passion in the marketing-communications field is a big plus.
• Must be a punctual person and manage confidential information.
• Be proactive, initiative, enthusiastic, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and be detail oriented.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, including in English.
• Possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
