Tactical Sourcing Buyer

We are currently seeking for a self-driven GPS Buyer - Tactical Sourcing with a passion for procurement to join our team. This position will be responsible for

• Pursue systematic TCO reductions and value enhancements to drive cost savings.

• Track KPI's and deliver reports as assigned.

• Execute comprehensive RFQ process and support functional users in a timely manner.

• Identify and develop supply sources to secure savings in compliance with the qualification processes.

• Sourcing, standardization, spend control with suppliers.

• As part of Tail Spend Management, drive spend toward strategic and preferred suppliers. Engage with sourcing team as needed when quoting and sourcing needs are present / requested to secure execution of savings for these group of suppliers.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/ Procurement / Supply Chain (4+ years' experiencepreferred)

• Spoken and written fluent communication in English

• Project Management expertise

• Knowledge on legal contracts, negotiations and risk management

• Skills: Leadership skills, Team work, Negotiation, Strategic thinking, Cross cultural awareness, Remote management, Communication (Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner internally as well as externally), Problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to interpret blue prints and technical drawings.

• Ability to independently work on "Negotiation preparation". And Execution with excellent influence and convincing skills, both suppliers and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of "Negotiation game theories" is a plus point.
