Position Overview
Campus is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Operations team. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in building out our team as we scale.Â
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with team leads to develop job descriptions and job posts.
- Source, screen, interview and assist with onboarding of qualified candidates to fulfill roles in multiple departments internally
- Utilize multiple avenues to find the best talent including but not limited to job boards, social media, hiring events, networking, etc.
- Â Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Negotiation of wage rates and conditions of employment
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Campus
About youÂ
You’ll fit right in if you have: Â
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment
- Experience recruiting and hiring across a variety of skill sets (engineering, marketing, business associates, etc.)
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement and performance management processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment
Location: Atlanta | Hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm
