We are looking for a recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team to be based in Richmond, VA. This individual will be responsible for attracting top quality talent to CoStar while operating with flawless candidate and client execution. They will play a role in achieving CoStar business objectives by sourcing, assessing and on-boarding top talent. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. As CoStar continues to grow and develop, so does our Recruiting organization, so in this role, you will also be an integral part of developing and implementing talent acquisition processes and helping the organization adapt to those processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage a candidate pipeline from target organizations, develop a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively.
• You have a drive for results, are inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates, and are a strong relationship builder;
• Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company and your craft.
• Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and are able to build and grow talent networks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree required
• 12 months of recruiting experience in a producing role and/or 1 year of CoStar Group experience
• You have proven success leading full life cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates through cold calling and digital sourcing efforts.
