Job Description
At Critical Mass, our Talent Acquisition Coordinators are expert processors who love to collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Candidates, and Client Groups alike to welcome new employees into Critical Mass. They pull from a wide variety of experiences to produce high-quality, candidate and client focused results. If you are customer service driven with a meticulous eye for detail, then this is the role for you.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.
What You'll Do- Post jobs on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on various online job boards
- Create temporary and permanent offers of employment in Critical Mass’ ATS
- Schedule interviews with candidates and Critical Mass career developers
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
- Assist with managing administration for project employees and vendors joining and exiting Critical Mass
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various projects
Must-Haves
- Aptitude for confidentially receiving and processing sensitive information
- Exceptional people skills, diplomacy, and a customer service focused attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Experience in recruitment or administration preferred
