We have a new opportunity for a passionate technical recruiting partner to join our growing team. It's a great time to join (and help grow) a climate tech company looking to make a real impact on the world.Â
What you'll do
- Full-cycle recruitment focused on our expanding Engineering teamsÂ
- Source and engage candidates interested in climate tech and partner with engineering leadership to assess skills and potential
- Conduct phone screens and engage candidates through the interview process
- Work with candidates at all levels of their career, from intern to Principal Engineer
- Manage multiple talent pipelines to provide excellent candidate experiences and meet our ambitious hiring goals
- Use data analytics to measure recruiting success
What you'll have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 or more years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment. Agency experience is welcome.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- A commitment to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company and culture

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and willingness to be accountable in a fast paced environment
