What you'll do

• Full-cycle recruitment focused on our expanding Engineering teams 
• Source and engage candidates interested in climate tech and partner with engineering leadership to assess skills and potential
• Conduct phone screens and engage candidates through the interview process
• Work with candidates at all levels of their career, from intern to Principal Engineer
• Manage multiple talent pipelines to provide excellent candidate experiences and meet our ambitious hiring goals
• Use data analytics to measure recruiting success

What you'll have

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 or more years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment. Agency experience is welcome.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• A commitment to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company and culture
• A genuine interest in helping people find work they will thrive in 
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and willingness to be accountable in a fast paced environment
