Job Description
Sharfi Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in our Jensen Beach office. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing full-lifecycle recruiting to include: preparation, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Responsible for developing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using a variety of channels.
- Responsible for conducting job analysis and creating job posting for open positions.
- Responsible for the onboarding of associates to include background checks, drug screens and pre-hire assessments.
- Responsible for Maintaining up-to-date pipeline for in-demand skill sets. This includes new candidate identification and ongoing candidate relationship building
- Maintains up-to-date records of recruiting activities via Applicant Tracking System
- Responsible for coordinating candidate interviews and on-site visit
- All other administrative tasks as required
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for various levels of roles across multiple departments and/or locations.
- Familiarity with recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
