We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources Team in Schaumburg, Il.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be the subject matter expert for championing best recruitment practices and dedicated to delivering a positive candidate experience! You will serve as the bridge between new team members and our company throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the organization and manage all aspects of internal and external recruitment.

How will you impact our organization on a daily basis?

• Lead the requisition process
• Lead the job posting and direct sourcing methods including social media, and niche job boards
• Partner with hiring managers to identify efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role, labor market and the needs of the business
• Manage open requisitions to ensure candidate flow is fluid, and identify bottlenecks
• Manage 3rd party recruitment firm partnerships
• Support the screening, sourcing and interviewing process alongside hiring managers
• Track analytics to determine effectiveness of partnerships with vendors, recruitment sources and strategies
• Utilize our HRIS Business Intelligence platform; conduct business-specific recruitment analytics to allow strategic and predictive use of various talent data sources
• Provide business specific recruitment reports to support business and inform decisions
• Maintain strong working relationships with hiring leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, team members and candidates
• Participate in regular meetings with HRBPs and Operations team to ensure alignment and awareness of business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
• Champion our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by implementing strategies to attract diverse talent

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Must be proficient in MS Office software, including Word and Excel
• Proficient in using ATS systems, preferably UKG HCM experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A proactive and innovative mindset and approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail
• A genuine interest in building relationships and creating a positive impact within an organization
