The Opportunity:
Coleman VisasQ is seeking a Talent Development Associate to join our Human Resources Team in Raleigh, NC. The goal of this role would be to establish various training initiatives that align with our values and drive employee engagement and development. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Human Resources and work with subject matter experts across the organization to deliver innovative learning solutions. You will foster employee engagement and promote a culture of continuous learning while upholding Coleman's values.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and develop a roadmap for building an L&D function that aligns with business strategy.
- Partner with subject matter experts to enhance existing training and design new learning solutions.
- Facilitate learning programs using a variety of instructional techniques and formats (e-learning courses, coaching, workshops, one on ones, etc.).
- Partner with the Coleman Training Team to ensure initiatives are collaborative across the organization.
- Support our organization in driving a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement across the organization by working on employee satisfaction surveys, one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and identifying various training and development needs.
- Capture meaningful learning insights by crafting reports, dashboards, and surveys to identify areas of opportunity for ongoing employee engagement and development opportunities.
- Analyze data to improve the training experience of employees, drive organizational change, and support various HR functions, including annual employee satisfaction surveys, performance reviews, and training and development initiatives.
- Partner with HR and Training Leaders on various initiatives to assist with employee engagement, new hire onboarding, ongoing L&D, and more for employees at all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing learning and talent development programs.
- Project management skills in learning and development.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Innovative thinker and continuous learner with a positive mindset and a proven ability to drive change with a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excitement to enter a space that allows room for creative thinking and for taking ownership of building, executing, and delivering effective training solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time(Primarily to our Phoenix, AZ office)

A Talent Development Associate’s salary compensates them for all hours worked, which may vary from week to week. Talent Development Associates carry an FLSA-exempt status and are not eligible for overtime pay.
