Responsibilities

• Perform strategic planning and training
• Align hiring and training with business demands
• Execute comprehensive training programs
• Maintain and manage reports and statistics
• Be in charge of training delivery and resource management
• Ensure the availability of qualified mentors and trainers
• Oversee student onboarding, performance tracking, and certification processes
• Manage the process of student enrollment
• Supervise the transition from hiring to project placement
• Engage in event & marketing management
• Plan and execute training events and marketing campaigns
• Represent the campus at industry-specific events

Requirements

• Experience in training, talent development, or education management
• Proficiency in strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Background in IT, engineering, or a related field
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above

Nice to have

• Expertise in event planning and execution
• Competency in managing educational programs and resources
