LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist (f/m/d) based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Bonn or Berlin GermanyĀ or Boston area.

As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will be part of our Global People team and work closely with our People Business Partners, Enablement team as well as Workday experts. You will be responsible to establish a holistic talent management practice that fits the needs of a modern tech workplace and fast paced environment. You will build upon the metrics and services already set-up and design a talent agenda that drives a sound and healthy high-performance culture and lets our people shine with LeanIX.

With your customer centric approach you will ensure talent management tools fit our business teams’ needs and become well anchored in the organization.   • Design an integrated talent management strategy and roadmap to it
  • Further develop our career paths, anchoring them in the organization as central metric for career development
  • Design and implement performance management tools as part of our culture
  • Introduce talent management initiatives that enhance transparency of key talents across the organization and development of them
  • Lead the tech agenda for talent management leveraging Workday and Culture Amp
  • Develop talent analytics to ensure valuable data insights about talent across the company
  • Own and drive various projects related to talent, engagement, organizational development
  • Enable People Business Partners, managers and employees to champion the talent agenda
  • Act as a subject matter expert and valued advisor for all our internal stakeholders
  • Be a thought leader in your area of expertise, always informed about latest trends and setting such with us

What are we looking for?

  • 8+ years professional experience in talent management with proven track record of building
  • A university degree in human resources, business psychology or equivalent
  • Design thinking and / or agile HR certificate or equivalent experience
  • Sound understanding of HR strategies and processes along the whole employee life-cycle
  • High business acumen and ability to link talent strategies with business strategies
  • Outstanding coordination and communication across all levels of the organization
  • Strong project and change management expertise with a consulting background
  • Good facilitation and presentation skill
  • Organizational talent able to balance many strategic projects at the same time
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
