Talent Program Manager

As a Talent Program Manager you will oversee and manage the development, progression, and success of a company's existing and future talent. You will also collaborate closely with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful communication campaigns that align with organizational goals and values.

In this role you will get to:

Performance Management

  • Manage Performance management process - Drive quarterly performance management process including setting of calendar for goals and quarterly reviews, training managers and employees on process steps, training managers on effective feedback, spot checking quality of reviews written by people leaders, publishing to LT reports on completion rates.

Employee Engagement

  • Manage annual employee engagement survey- Annually update employee engagement questions as needed, establish annual calendar for deploying survey, configure survey, interface with outside vendor to execute survey, analyze results, build and publish CEO, LT, and people leader level reports, train stakeholders on how to read and respond to reports, tease out high level findings and company-wide recommended path forward. Drive those initiatives and provide periodic updates on progress against initiatives. Support HR Business Partners in coaching LT and people leaders on creating their own department or sub-departmental level initiatives

Talent review process management and insight development

  • Build upon existing talent management processes and training. Socialize with HRBPs and LT members. Support HRBPs in preparing and executing periodic talent reviews. Identify high potentials across the organization and other observations about talent base. Work with the Director of Learning to build out training programs related to insights. Identify matches with open roles and high potential colleagues ready for

their next role.

Competency Models

  • Development- Facilitating the ongoing evolution of competency models focused on the most critical skills, knowledge and behaviors that determine success for the organization, leaders, managers, and business functions. Providing a common language regarding expectations. Defining clear focus for measurement across the Talent Management lifecycle.
  • Integration- Defining processes and tools for the integration of competency models with other Talent Management programs such as performance management, career development, succession planning, and learning. Also coordinates translation between Priceline and other BHI brand models
  • Career framework maintenance and deployment- Revise career frameworks as required to better suit the needs of the organization. Work with HRBPs and LT members to better tailor training materials to their organization. Train people leaders and employees in our career frameworks

HR Communication Strategy and Design

  • Designing employee communication strategies to support and deliver overall HR messaging. Activities may include developing annual communication priorities and plans, defining key stakeholders, defining communication resource requirements, defining communication review process, establishing online and print communication guidelines.
  • Content Development- Writing, reviewing and editing employee communications (i.e., local, regional, global).
  • Presentations- Developing HR-specific presentations to advance organizational initiatives.

Confluence portal, Generative AI, and Tools Administration

  • Managing and administering the overall confluence Priceline home page, P&C department confluence content. Administering access, prompting content owners to keep updated, and reporting on usage. Monitoring and maintaining portal access.
  • Tier 0 employee service support- Providing appropriate content to "AskP&C" generative AI-bot for Tier 0 support to employees.
  • Tier 2 Portal and Tools Customer Service- Responding to inquiries escalated from the Service Center regarding HR portal and tools questions/issues, providing problem resolution for inquiries.

Corporate calendar creation and coordination

  • Partners with CEO's EA and DEI program manager to create an integrated and impactful (not overwhelming) calendar for Employee Resource Group initiatives.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management or related fields
  • Previous HRIS system, preferably Workday, experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of talent management best practices and industry trends
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform talent development decisions
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing communication plans across various channels.
  • Strong storytelling ability to convey complex HR concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and technologies (e.g., email marketing software, content management systems).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, programs, and practices is advantageous.
  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000.
