Tax Manager Austin, TX $140K–$180K Hybrid (3+ days in-office) Full-service CPA firm serving small to mid-sized businesses, individuals, nonprofits, and trusts — they are looking for a Tax Manager to join their Austin-based team. If you have: 5+ years of tax prep/review experience CPA certification Expertise in multi-state, individual, nonprofit, trust & estate tax Strong leadership and client relationship skills You'll lead tax engagements, mentor staff, and work directly with clients on complex planning and compliance — all within a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Experience with UltraTax and financial statement review is a plus. Competitive salary ($140K–$180K), hybrid flexibility, and in-office culture with room to grow.
