Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this 6-months contract position.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Implement the standardization roadmap for global tax processes, ensuring a smooth transition into SAP Signavio 

  • Build and maintain documentation standards across processes and taxonomy. 

  • Train and collaborate with internal partners on process and task documentation. 

  • Develop, update, and optimize user guides, process maps, and governance overviews. 

  • Provide training and daily support to users on system processes and governance.

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. We are responsible for the global process ownership of Finance and HR processes, along with expertise in finance, controlling, and business & tax processes. Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes that bridge business needs with digital solutions. Based in Billund, you'll join a global team of over 70 dedicated colleagues. 

As part of the BPI Tax Process team, consisting of 8 specialists, your primary role will be to ensure that the LEGO Group complies with tax and other legal requirements. We focus on implementing and maintaining global and local processes and system solutions to manage our compliance obligations efficiently and sustainably, both now and in the future! 

Do you have what it takes? 

  • 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Tax, preferably in an international setting. 

  • Background in accounting, business administration, or tax compliance. 

  • Proficiency in process documentation and SOPs. 

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. 

  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 

  • Ability to build relationships across functions and cultures. 

  • Thorough with a strategic approach. 

  • Hard-working, proactive, and committed to delivering results. 

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a collaborative and business-minded approach.
