Your Role and Responsibilities

• As a member of the global international tax team will have the opportunity for broad experience in all aspects of the “cradle to grave” tax life cycle over a period of time.
• Work closely with the Tax lead and various other teams including Statutory Accounting tax accounting COE’s and financial analyst for information collation analysis w.r.t direct tax compliance.
• Responsible for Transfer pricing compliance.
• To support on APA Renewal & filing of APA compliance report.
• To support on preparation and finalization of TP segmentation.
• Responsible for handling Transfer pricing & other litigation at various levels.
• Analysing the Assessment orders filing of appeal/objections with Tax authorities and analysing the tax impact.
• Preparation of information and schedules and filing of tax returns of Overseas entities in India.
• To support the team on SOX compliance and internal audits.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Manage ahead by organising and planning what needs to be done for effective & timely closure of internal and external compliances.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Chartered Accountant with 2 years of Experience in Direct Taxation
