Tax Specialist

PVHardwareare seeking an experiencedTax Specialistto ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance while proactively identifying opportunities for tax savings and minimizing liabilities. PVH - PVHardwareis a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry! Responsibilities: • Prepare and file federal, state, and local income tax returns (Income taxes, property taxes, sales taxes, etc.) • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings. • Review and analyze tax forms and documents to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. • Assist with tax audits and resolve issues with tax authorities. • Support the preparation of tax provisions for financial reporting. • Analyze and interpret tax regulations to advise management on tax strategies and implications. • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., accounting and legal) to ensure all tax-related matters are addressed. • Develop and maintain tax compliance documentation and working papers. • Provide support on tax-related projects as needed. • Perform tax research and stay update on changes in tax legislation and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years in a similar position • Advanced Excel user • SAP Experience • CPA or tax certification is a plus.
