What You’ll Be Doing: • Wiring the Future – Install and repair residential electrical systems with precision and pride. • Crack the Code – Diagnose and resolve electrical issues like a pro (bonus points if you make it look easy). • Plan Like a Boss – Interpret blueprints and schematics to get the job done right the first time. • Lead with Safety – Always put safety first and follow every rule in the book. • Keep it Legal – Ensure your work aligns with state and national electrical codes. • Tag-Team Projects – Work closely with project managers and your fellow electricians to keep things moving. • Mentor & Motivate – Share your skills with apprentices and help shape the next generation of electricians.
