TDM Architect

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled TDM Architect who will be responsible for Test Data Management and Data Governance.

Responsibilities: • Develop & execute long term Enterprise Test Data Management Strategy • Analysis, Estimation, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation of synthetic data generation /Test Data Management/ Data Privacy solutions • Provide a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process, develop TDM synthetic framework, • Work directly with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Policies were consistently followed. • Coordinated activities across multiple operations teams including Storage, OS, and DBA teams • Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments • Expertise on DBs Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 • Understanding of Data Profiling, Data Governance, Data Sub-setting, Provisioning, and Data Security • Experience in managing and using prominent TDM tools such as CA TDM test data management, IBM Optim, Informatica, Delphix • Experience in delivering test data management as a shared service, Identify deliverables and services aligned with strategies, roadmaps, and other requirements • Understand and align with roadmaps of key consumers. • Understand industry TDM trends and continuously seek to improve the maturity of TDM practice using automation.

Required Skills/Qualifications: • Overall 13+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with atleast 5+ years of experience working on TDM Technologies include but not limited to Delphix, Informatica, CA TDM & IBM Optim. • Ability to define and establish strategy for Test Data Management • Ability to understand application landscape and Data flow architecture and recommend the best TDM solution (in-house/COTS) • Experience of working with different databases like Oracle, DB2, SQL Server etc • Experience in Data Profiling, Data Governance, Data Sub-setting, Data Provisioning, and Data Security • Ability to co-ordinate activities with different teams and stakeholders

Preferred Skills/Qualification: • Experience in establishing Data Governance strategy. • Experience on TDM tool - K2View.
