Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in various capacities, including preschool and special education settings. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting child welfare. Duties • Educate students using innovative teaching methods and curriculum development strategies. • Create lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to different learning styles. • Implement behavior management techniques to maintain a supportive classroom atmosphere. • Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. • Collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals to support student learning and development. • Provide individualized support for students with special needs, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom. • Foster a love for learning by incorporating Montessori principles and hands-on activities into lessons. • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and well-being. Requirements • Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is essential. • Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning. • Knowledge of special education practices and behavior management techniques. • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and educational assessments. • A background in preschool education or childcare is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. • A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that supports all students' growth.
