We at Landor & Fitch are looking for a dedicated Team Assistant (f/m/d) to strengthen our team in Hamburg. Could this be you?

The role

You will be responsible for managing the diary of senior team members and maintaining close relationships with clients, partner agencies within the WPP network and all our studios worldwide. You will look after the smooth and efficient running of busy diaries, mailboxes and travel and handle all correspondence and associated administration. In addition, you will support the Executives and their teams in preparing presentations and meetings, as well as the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.

This role is based in Hamburg, but it is possible to work remotely regularly. The role can be done full-time or part-time.

What we are looking for

• You will have prior experience as a Personal / Executive / Team Assistant
• You are able to demonstrate expertise of MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• You will be super organized, diligent, and thrive on helping others.
• You will have the ability to work fast and accurately under pressure, maintaining a professional disposition at all times.
• You’re a self-motivator as current times have demanded flexibility, being able to manage one’s own time and be confident to get the job done without supervision.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal are essential - in English and German.
