We are looking for a Team Lead Back End.
Your main tasks will be:
- We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a team of developers and ensure the successful delivery of projects using .NET and C#.
- Key responsibilities include architectural design, coordinating development efforts, performing code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth integration of solutions.
We expect from you:
- 3+ years experience in a Team Lead C# role or experience in a CTO role (small team on C#, BE focused);
confident manager, able to energize and motivate the team;
- Result-oriented;
- High responsibility, strong leader and negotiator;
- Good critical and analytical thinking;
- Has a strategic mindset.
