Your Role 

• Act as subject matter expert for best in class digital business policy, processes, products and solutions 
• Champion colleague culture, lead by example, and provide feedback and recognition at every opportunity 
• Maintain cross product operational standards and consistency.
• Collaborate with technology and process engineering teams to design best in class business customer experiences while mitigating risks.
• Take over and drive new project initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
• Provide bespoke support and enable the proper discharge of oversight responsibilities across the organization and to meet regulatory requirements

• Significant experience,  in KYC compliance, AML investigations or financial services
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices related to KYC/AML compliance. (e.g., FATCA, GDPR)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex issues, develop innovative solutions and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology platforms for KYC operations, compliance, monitoring and reporting.
• Very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of spoken and written German is an advantage
