Position: Team Lead I
Location: Du Quoin, IL
Wage: $24.98
Shift: 1st- 6:00 am-2:30 pm Monday- Friday *Overtime may be required.

While reporting to the manager as the Team Lead l you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our production workers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Performing production tasks such as set-up, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Enforcing appropriate health and safety regulations.
• Inspecting materials, final products, and machinery for defects.
• Implementing process improvement initiatives as needed and ensure that production output meets organizational expectations.
