Team Lead Oracle - DBA

Job Summary
 

As a Team Lead / DBA, you play a crucial role in maintaining our customer and internal environments, ensuring high availability, and actively performing performance analysis and improvements. You will be responsible for a team, making sure that all tasks are executed based on high standards. You have expert knowledge as a DBA and you can relate cloud engineer tasks.
 

Job Location: It's a remote job. You can work from anywhere in India. 
Responsibilities:

• Optimize and automate processes to support the organization's growth trajectory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, support, and consultancy to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud environments.
• Organize planning for cloud engineers within the team.
• Communicate with the team on the progress of tickets on the sprint.
• Point of contact in case of escalations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with Oracle databases (Backups, Clones, Performance analyses etc.).
• Expertise in Oracle SQL.
• High analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible Attitudes. 
• Excellent English communication skills.

Addition Skills: 

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Skilled in maintaining and optimizing Virtual machines. (Linux). 

Education/Experience:

• Minimum relevant education at bachelor level. 
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
