The challenge π
We are looking for a skilled sales leader for our Benelux Sales team (12 FTE). The Benelux is the main driver of new business revenue at Sendcloud. You will have the drive and vision to elevate this already successful team to the next level.
Your market and team are the most important part of your day-to-day work: you will be their mentor and leading example on how to reach high-level revenue goals. They want to learn from and be inspired by you! With your open-minded spirit, and directness, but also fun and actionable approach in work and life, you are the person who knows how to motivate and inspire people. You spot, plan, and execute the needed opportunities and improvements for the market.

What you offer us π€
- Strong passion and 3+ years experience in leading an SMB or Mid-Market Sales team
- Proven track record of:
- Exceeding individual sales quotas.
- Crushing revenue goals.
- Developing multiple SDRs/BDRs/AEs in your teams.
(Preferably in a small to medium ACV environment ($50K ARR)) - Clear understanding of SaaS sales methodology from prospecting to close.Β
- A player-coach, willing to roll-up your sleeves and lead through doing: someone who truly cares about developing their people.
- Must have a hunger for fast-tracked personal development
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced culture and adapt to an ever-changing environment
- This role will be a training ground for the Head of Sales as we scale
- Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Must be willing to come to the office on a weekly basis.
