Team Leader

Salary - £13.05 ph plus Veolia benefits

Hours - Full time, 47.5 per week, 7 week rolling rota on same shift pattern between 08.00 to 18.00.

Weekends included 

Overtime when needed

What will you be doing?

• Manage a team of operatives

• Provide excellent customer service and recycling advice to the public. 

• Create a safe place to visit and work.

• Run the site when the supervisor is absent.

• Open and close the site depending on which shift pattern.

• Maintain the site safety, rules and efficient use of available resources.

What are we looking for?

• Experience within a similar team leader role

• Good IT skills

• Knowledge of Health & Safety.
