The Role
- Provide leadership, management and development to the Customer Support team
- Allocate work effectively as per business needs and act as an escalation point for complex customer issues
- Initiate, lead and drive initiatives and process improvements within the Customer Support team
- Partner with various internal stakeholder groups across the business to drive customer centric solutions
- Intermittently step in to help the team work through the service queue and get on the phone to customers
As the Customer Support Team looks after Stryker products under repair & servicing, this is an onsite role at our St Leonards office.
Role Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a management/supervisory role or similar capacity
- Passion for leading and developing others
- Highly developed customer service skills and ability to problem solve
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with a diverse range of internal and external customers
- Ability to constantly realign priorities with business needs
- Ability to work in a high technology environment (particularly JDE, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
