Job Description

As a Team Manager you will manage a business unit and ensure the career management.
Our ideal candidate for this role should have good leadership and communication skills
and result oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a business unit of consultants.
• Ensure the employee onboarding and integration.
• Support the professional growth and development of team members through training, coaching, and career development opportunities.
• Ensure an efficient delivery at the recruitment level.

Qualifications

• Capability to speak, understand, read and write English in a professional level.
• Previous experience with Team management.
• Professional experience in recruitment.
• Previous experience in IT area.
• Proactive and ambitious.
• Result oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
