Job Description
You’ll be ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day administrative support for the Business Development and Legal Functions, both based in HQ and European subsidiaries. How?
- handling sensitive clients and partners communications
- preparation of reports and presentations, ordering office supplies, collaborating in projects
- organization of business trips, time, and attendance control, managing of expense reports
- writing tender documentation under the guidance of proposal managers, primarily in EnglishÂ
- handling general tasks related to the commercial register and Ultimate Beneficial Owner
- regularly update customer communication systems, Legal Tool and Intranet
- supporting the onboarding process of new employees
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience as administrative assistant or project assistant - preferably within an international matrix organization (industrial environment).Â
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of MS Office and tendering proceduresÂ
- Experience in organization of meetings/events and in travel/expense managementÂ
- Proactivity, impeccable manners, and effective communication skills complete the profile
