Are you a person who is constantly managing and motivating your team, and strive for process improvements? Are you interested in furthering your career with an exciting opportunity within GXO Logistics and a leading clothing retail company? Then look no further because we are looking for several Team Leads in Heerlen.

What you do on a typical day

• Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching
• Manage coordinators
• Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI's and productivities)
• Maintain a safe work environment with a positive team dynamic
• Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams
• Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions
• Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the department
• Continually strive to improve the processes of your department
• You report to the Shift lead
• You work in shifts so flexibility to work in shifts will be required

What do you need to succeed at GXO

• You have at least three years of experience in a similar position
• You have good communication skills at multiple levels in English
• You have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude, and you have a self-starting ability
• You have good knowledge of office software and WMS functionality
