Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee our Software Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing team, with a focus on manual and automated testing for Android mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, a passion for quality, and a proven track record in leading QA efforts for mobile platforms, particularly Android.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in QA leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on mobile applications, specifically Android.

• Proficiency with manual testing and automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Espresso, etc.

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python is highly desirable.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Full proficiency in English and an ability to work in a global work environment
