Tech Lead Node.js

Mindera is currently seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Node.js development to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, while also contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design scalable architectures, and ensure the quality and performance of the codebase. You will also have the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications
• Design and develop scalable and highly performant software solutions using Node.js
• Contribute to the architectural decisions, code reviews, and quality assurance processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development
• Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
• Ensure the adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies

• 5+ years of professional experience in Node.js development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript, with a deep understanding of Node.js
• Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with GraphQL
• Great Knowledge of AWS and/or GCP
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment
• (Nice to have: Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular))
