Tech Lead /Software Engineering Lead - (Full Stack - Python, React, Django)

Job Title: Tech Lead /Software Engineering Lead Location: Houston, TX, Onsite, Full-Time Role Summary As a Tech Lead, you will lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Python (Django) and React. Play a key role in architecture decisions, hands-on coding, code quality enforcement, and mentoring engineers. Experience managing a small team, deep understanding of backend systems, front-end frameworks, and a passion for building tools that drive trading performance. High-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with traders, analysts, and leadership.
