You will join the Global Technology finance team and report to the Tech performance financial Manager.

In a context of digital transformation and continuous growth, Global technology (GT, 105M€ of budget/>400 FTE) is a key department to support the Business lines and Business units.

GT has a double mission: (1) deliver 50+ global platforms and (2) provide service & governance on Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data (Global Function) across the group.

You will evolve in an international environment in touch with the Global Tech Managers/Directors where you will develop tools to follow closely their projects and budgets. In other words, you will be the key contact of the Global platform Director on all financial topics.

Main responsibilities

On Global Platform scope :

• Prepare Monthly end closing ensuring timely reporting of the results.
• Perform analyses to ensure accuracy of the result and project costs follow up.
• Prepare and animate the quarterly business review with IT directors.
• Guide and coordinate the forecasting for the Global Platform departments.
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis on financial performance to steer decisions.
• Be responsible for the BU IT recharges of the Global technology scope.

On Local Global function scope:

• Analyze the costs reported by the BU on the local IT Global function
• Responsible for the data quality of the BU reporting.

And all of that in a dynamic team of 7 people in a continuously growing environment!

Your profile:

You have a master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in controlling or audit missions.

• Good ability in Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and multicultural environment
• Autonomous, rigorous and well organized
• Ability to challenge and be a business partner to the IT Directors/Managers
• Curiosity
• English fluent
• Automation competencies / desire to work on process automation is a plus
• A real positive” can-do” attitude!
