Technical Account Manager (OpenRTB)

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager who will be at the heart of our technical integrations ensuring seamless collaboration with DSPs SSPs publishers and internal business departments. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level business and technical support drive key projects forward and deliver essential insights that shape the future of our partnerships. If you're ready to make a real impact and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you! What You'll Do:

• Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical support.

• Monitor optimize and analyze integrations to ensure they perform within strict targets and KPIs.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to exchange integrations/discrepancies and escalate bugs to the Engineering and Product Management teams.

• Create SQL-based internal dashboards and complex reports for internal business departments and Product Management needs.

• Prepare custom reporting API specifications for partners.

• Manually test new features and logic changes.

• Debug and troubleshoot ad display issues on both direct and external publishers' websites in Desktop and Web environments.

• Modify the format/style of ads to optimize user experience and profitability.

Who You Are:

• Have a solid understanding of OpenRTB protocols and Header Bidding.

• Fluent in SQL syntax.

• Familiar with MongoDB.

• Experienced with GET/POST method requests.

• Proficient in Unix Shell.

• Possess an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be plus:

• Knowledge of Chrome DevTools Postman HTML5/CSS3/JS.
